Yes, absolutely! During the booking process, you can select your preferred date and time. We recommend booking at least 3-5 days in advance to ensure availability of your preferred poojari. For auspicious occasions, our poojaris can also advise you on the best muhurat (auspicious timing) for your ceremony. If you're unsure about the timing, you can book a free consultation to get personalized guidance.

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your booking. Please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. For cancellations: If cancelled more than 48 hours before, you'll receive a full refund. If cancelled 24-48 hours before, a small processing fee may apply. For rescheduling: You can reschedule to any available date at no extra cost if done more than 24 hours before the original booking. Cancellation policies may vary slightly based on the type of pooja and whether samagri has been dispatched.

You can select the poojari who best matches your requirements. If you've had a good experience with a particular poojari, you can request them for future bookings as well.

When viewing poojari profiles, you can see their language proficiency. If you need a poojari who speaks a specific language, you can filter accordingly during booking or contact us for assistance.
Yes! We welcome experienced poojaris to join our platform. To apply, you need: (1) Minimum 5 years of experience performing poojas. (2) Formal education/training in Vedic studies (preferred). (3) Valid government ID and address proof. (4) References from previous customers or institutions. To register, visit our poojari registration page or contact us. 🪔Samagri & Pooja Items
Complete Samagri Kit: We provide all the items required for your pooja in a convenient kit delivered to your doorstep. This includes items like flowers, incense, diyas, specific puja items, and ingredients as needed for the ritual. This option is perfect if you want hassle-free preparation. Information Only (Free): We provide a detailed list of all items needed for the pooja. You can purchase these items from your local market or religious store. This option is free and ideal if you prefer to arrange items yourself or have local preferences for specific items.
Samagri kits are typically delivered 1-2 days before your scheduled pooja date to ensure freshness of perishable items like flowers. For urgent bookings, we do our best to expedite delivery. You'll receive tracking information once your kit is dispatched. If you have specific delivery timing requirements, please let us know during booking.
Samagri kits are customized for each type of pooja. A typical kit may include: fresh flowers, incense sticks, camphor, diyas (lamps), cotton wicks, sacred threads (mauli/kalava), betel leaves and nuts, coconut, turmeric and kumkum, rice (akshat), fruits, specific puja items for the deity, and detailed instructions. For special poojas, additional specific items are included. The exact contents are listed in the pooja description.
We provide samagri options (complete kit or information list) for most popular poojas. For some specialized or regional poojas, we may provide the information list only due to availability of specific items. If a complete kit is not available for your chosen pooja, you'll see this clearly mentioned, and you can always get the free information list to arrange items yourself.
If you receive your samagri kit with missing or damaged items, please contact our support team immediately with photos. We'll either arrange replacement items to be delivered before your pooja or provide a refund for the affected items. We recommend checking your kit upon delivery so we have time to resolve any issues before your ceremony.
💳Payments & Pricing
We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.), Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking, and Wallets. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. For samagri kits, Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available in select areas.
Pricing varies based on: (1) Type of pooja - complexity and duration of the ceremony. (2) Samagri option - complete kit, information only, or none. (3) Poojari experience - more experienced poojaris may charge higher fees. (4) Location - travel charges may apply for distant locations. All costs are clearly displayed before you confirm your booking — there are no hidden charges. The price includes the poojari's fee, and samagri cost (if selected).
No, we believe in transparent pricing. The price you see during booking includes all charges — poojari fee and samagri cost (if selected). The only additional charge might be for travel if your location is beyond the standard service area. Any such charges are clearly communicated before you confirm your booking.
Payment is typically required at the time of booking to confirm your slot. For some services, we may offer a partial payment option where you pay a booking amount upfront and the balance on the day of the pooja. Payment options are displayed during the booking process based on the type of pooja and your location.
Refund processing depends on the cancellation timeline: More than 48 hours before the pooja - full refund. 24-48 hours before - refund minus a small processing fee. Less than 24 hours - partial refund may apply. If samagri has been shipped, the samagri cost is non-refundable unless items are returned unused. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Yes, we provide digital receipts for all bookings. After successful payment, you'll receive a booking confirmation email that includes payment details. You can also download detailed invoices from your account dashboard. For corporate bookings or if you need GST invoices, please contact our support team.
