Booking and consultation requests, on the website and in the SanskarSetu Android app, are free to send right now and are confirmed by our team directly with you - no payment is taken. Payment features may change before they are fully launched. Nothing on this platform is professional, medical, legal or financial advice.

SanskarSetu ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform to book poojas, connect with poojaris, and access our services. By using our website and services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Personal Information
When you register or use our services, we collect your name, email address and phone number. If you make a payment on our website, we also collect billing details, and your payment information is handled by a third-party payment processor (website payments are currently in testing mode). The SanskarSetu app does not take payments.
Booking Information
When you book a pooja, we collect pooja type, date preferences, special instructions, address for pooja performance, and contact information for coordination with poojaris.
Consultation Requests and Birth Details
When you ask for a jyotish consultation, we collect your name, mobile number, city, the topic you want guidance on and, if you choose to share them, your date, time and place of birth. We use these only to prepare and give you guidance.
Mobile App
The SanskarSetu Android app uses the same account and booking information described above, plus the messages you exchange with our astrology team in the app. The app asks only for internet access and vibration (for touch feedback). It does not access your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or SMS. The app does not take payments and does not show ads.
Usage Data
We automatically collect information about how you interact with our platform, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, device information, and cookies for analytics and service improvement.

We use the collected information to:

We then remove your personal information, chats and notifications. We keep payment, booking and consultation records in anonymous form where the law or our accounting requires it.
