Delete your account
You can delete your SanskarSetu account and personal data at any time. This page explains how, and what happens.
Delete it in the app
- Open the SanskarSetu app and sign in.
- Go to Account, then tap Delete my account.
- Enter your password and confirm.
The deletion happens straight away and you are signed out.
Or ask us by email
If you cannot use the app, email contact@sanskarsetu.infrom the email address registered on your account, or tell us the phone number you signed up with, and write "Delete my account" in the subject. We may ask you to confirm it is you. We complete requests within 30 days.
What we delete
- Your name, email address, phone number and password
- Your chat conversations and notifications
- Your referral link and activity on the platform
- Birth details, contact details and notes you added to consultation and booking requests
- Enquiries you sent with your phone number
What we keep
Payment, booking and consultation records are kept in anonymous form. We are required to keep them for accounting and tax purposes and to resolve disputes. They are no longer linked to your name or contact details.
